HR-6/5--Ash Fusion Determinator

The Ash Fusion Determinator is used in conjunction with silicon carbide tube high-temperature furnaces. It is an intelligent instrument for determining the ash fusion characteristics of coal in laboratory settings. This instrument strictly adheres to relevant national standards to automatically complete the determination of coal ash fusibility. It also allows for the selection and modification of control parameters within a certain range. Additionally, it features a user-definable timed constant temperature program and standard RS232 communication functionality.

1. Control Method: Centered around a single-chip microcomputer, it automatically corrects measurement and heating rates, and employs phase-shift triggering of thyristors for closed-loop control of heating current.

2. Temperature Measurement Range: 0-1600°C, with a resolution of 1°C, using an S-type thermocouple.

3. Time Range: 0-999 minutes, with a resolution of 1 minute (1 second when less than 10 minutes).

4. Heating Rate: Before 900°C, 15-20°C/min (selectable).

After 900°C, 5±1°C/min (selectable).
